During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the spacious and well-refurbished rooms. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast with a variety of options, including fresh fruit, juice, and customized omelettes. the key location of the hotel made it convenient to explore the nearby attractions and amenities.

The internet connection at the hotel was poor, requiring constant re-entering of the password every 15 minutes, which was quite annoying. Another drawback was that the iron in the room had burned two of my shirts.

We had a nice stay here, recommend it. Parking & friendly staff. Perfect for a family. Guests can park car on site.

The property met expectations, we would definitely go back. Near the hotel you can see beautiful tourist places like moti didi karama. Easy walk to Adcb underground station.

The hotel apartment was clean and spacious, with helpful staff. the location was convenient, walking distance to a metro station and supermarket. the breakfast provided was a good way to start the day.

We were very happy with the accommodation, the beds were particularly comfortable and we loved having our own facilities to cook quick and easy meals.

The hotel offert shuttle from airport and back and i appreciate it, suited for families with young children. The room size are big, staff was helpful. site was well located.Entrance to the hotel and elevator was worth photographing

I was not really satisfied with the cleaning. The pool needs refurbished before it´s fall apart.

This hotel is perfectly located for business travelers attending exhibitions as it is very close to the exhibition center. It is also in a great location in Bur Dubai, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the Al-Kharama metro station is just a short walk away, making it easy to get around using the metro. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. the staff provides helpful service and the breakfast offers a good variety of options.

The hotel lacks a gym or fitness center to use.

Nice hotel, close to the metro (10 min walk). Shopping/restaurants close by. Breakfast reasonable, eggs cooked fresh to order.

Taxi drivers do not know where it is.

Gym has no equipment at all do not trust the picture. water keep stopping while I was under the shower . management are so useless and rude . I had to check out earlier and change my hotel.

The ambiance was too good. Very neatly maintained room and excellent kitchen.

Cost part! Was a bit on the higher side, but rest all was perfect.

Generous room. Great facilities within the apartment. A washing machine was a great bonus and when I asked for a drying rack, it was provided.

The Concierge/Reception staff were adequate but not overly helpful.

Room is good and clean, Employees are very friendly and have the can do attitude. Housekeeipng staffs are very friendly with smiling face. Front Desk staffs are very friendly; by providing a warm Welcome, the Wakeup call at the time requested and they have agreed for a late ckeckout as well. The Captain/ Incharge at the Restaurant is excellent at service and getting the feedback on Service and food. Food is good; We felt we are at home. The only thing I noticed is that I was not provided with the Final Invoice upon check out. We felt home away from home.We will surely comeback to the hotel again.

Staff

Staff was not as friendly as the hotel itself. Staff at reception lacked any smile and felt not welcoming nor at check out. Apartment was clean and comfortable.
